Lucas was moving so hard that you could see him kick my belly
Look what I discovered!
Well today (or I guess yesterday now) was a pretty decent day. Since it was a Thursday my weeks of pregnancy rolled over (I guess I've watched too many Cingular commercials) and I am now 33 weeks!
I got up when Curt left for work and took his car (well "our explorer" but he drives it more) to walmart for an oil change and a new tire (he has been riding around on a tire that had a nail in it that my brother Ted repaired for almost a year now, without a spare... That is just asking for trouble).
While the car was getting tweaked I did a little shopping which brings me to the picture on this post. I was going aisle by aisle to waste time while I waited for the car and found a little baby package of cookie dough in the dairy aisle! How great is that!! With just Curt and myself a whole roll of cookie dough is just too much (okay honestly we would "suffer" and eat all of it but I know its not good!) Plus the little tiny tube makes 8 cookies so that means 3 for Curt, 2 for me, and 3 for Lucas in my belly... See how generous I am :) Hey I baked them!!
I also picked up a little plastic watering can for the flowers that Curt's Uncle Michael brought me last week. I decided they probably should be watered... My goal this year is to try and keep them alive as long as possible... Which is a VERY hard thing to do. Last year I planted window boxes and killed everything I planted from flowers, to veggies, to herbs. I also killed a spider fern that Curt's sister Angela gave me. His family teases that I have a black thumb.
After Walmart I switched the cars at Curt's work (I wanted to enjoy the AC in the tracker) and I picked up Jadie to go swimming at my parents house with my sister. We didn't go swimming. Lori stuck her toe in for 5 seconds and after that I didn't feel like swimming alone so I went inside and took a short nap before driving home.
For dinner I made one of our favorite dishes (it is pasta with ham, cheese, and broccoli... I used wheat of course) and we watched Are We There Yet? Curt also talked to his mom tonight and told her that we didn't want to deal with redoing the bathroom*, which I am VERY glad about seeing as how the baby could be here in 5 weeks if he is two weeks early (babies can also be up to two weeks late). That is just too much stress for me to deal with, PLUS since I am pregnant I have to pee every 5 seconds!
*Curt's family wanted to do something nice for us and totally redo our bathroom and rip everything out and replace it. There isn't anything wrong with our Bathroom except it could probably win Oprah's Ugliest Room in America Contest.
Also, eBay is finally working!!! Since it is so late I only posted 3 items on there. I just hope that when I go to post more things over the next couple of days it still works! Oh and other eBay news, it is so funny how all the feedback from my buyers now is about how my items DO NOT smell like smoke! Also I reached 750 feedbacks today!
