"I like your goat"
Curt and I went to our nephew Shane's fourth birthday party that I mentioned before. I think he liked his batman mask that we got him. He looked at the card that said "Guess who is Four" and had a picture of Shane holding Jadie, and inside it said "Happy Birthday Shane Love Batdog" with the picture of Jadie wearing the batman mask. When he opened the wrapping paper he said "hey it's Jadie's mask!" We also got him this plastic case that I filled with art supplies. I think he liked that also because when he opened it he wanted to start drawing and momentarily forgot he had other presents to open.
We ended up hanging around longer then anyone else and I am glad we did. Shane was drawing and everyone started to join him. He asked Curt to draw him something so he drew a chicken. Seeing the chicken Aggie (Lisa's 16 year old sister) went and grabbed her sketchpad to show off her skills. As she proudly held up a picture she had drawn of a dog Shane looked over and said "oh cool! I like your goat!"
