6 Days and at the Doctor

When do I get to lay on the new couch?

I figured about this time I would have to be going back and forth to the Doctor, but I didn't know it would be Curt that I would be taking back and forth. Today he came home from work early because his back was killing him and when he was loading the truck he almost dropped a HUGE piece of glass and fell to his knees. So he called me, I made an appointment at the chiropractor and we had just enough time for him to come home, take a shower, and eat some eggs before we headed off to the Dr.

We were there from 10AM - 12:40 PM. Turns out Curt has a slipped disk and the x-rays showed that his spine was out of alignment. He is walking crooked. He has to go in and get adjustments to try and pop it back into place. I wish I had my camera with me today, I know this sounds horrible but he looked so funny in his gown to take the x-rays. He is supposed to avoid sitting as much as possible so "my" couch belongs to him and Jadie until further notice.

Tomorrow we are planning on going swimming at my parents house, which will be good for both of us. At least this time he is doing the exercises off the sheet the Dr sent home with him. (When he hurt his back about two years ago for a similar problem, he refused to do the exercises and just stopped going in for his adjustments when he started to feel the least bit better.) Hopefully he gets better at least partly before our kid shows up! I don't know how I can take care of two babies.
