“One advantage of marriage is that, when you fall out of love with him or he falls out of love with you, it keeps you together until you fall in again.” -Judith Viorst
Before I got married I had all these preconceived ideas of what falling in love and marriage would be like. I thought when I got married that I would fall in love with Curt more and more each day. Yes, while this generally happens there are days when he isn't the easiest person to love, and I know there are days when the last thing he wants to do is love me. I think there are certain times when we do "fall out of love" with each other but I guess the trick is that those times don't overlap.
Also, after a while the things you love about each other seem to slowly change. I used to love to go out and walk on the beach with him hand in hand, now my idea of a romantic night is one that involves him changing the poop diapers.

Thank you. My friend Gretchen took it without us even knowing at the time.
I could devote an entire post to this subject, as well. It boggles my mind to think of... well, to think in general as I'm sure you know by now... but to think of what my preconceptions about "love and marriage" were before I actually fell 'truly' in love and got married. You may have just saved me a day of thinking of what to write about ;) You rule!! *Hugs*
