Why Won't He Play With me Mommy?

I'm sure it is heartbreaking when your child is snubbed for the first time by another kid who refuses to play with them.

But when the first snub comes from a inanimate object it is pretty darn funny.

Tonight we had dinner at Curt's mom's house. Next to the fire place is this little "scarecrow" type thing that looks like a little kid who's turn it is to count and find everyone in a game of "hide-n-seek." The little guy is nicknamed "Bubba" and Lucas noticed him right before it was time to leave. He kept going up to him and trying to get his attention. I think he was hoping that the little guy would turn around and play with him.
