We ended up leaving there and going to another lot where I had seen a 2000 Hyundai for $2,5000. It was also sold. After that we went to SEVERAL more lots where they kept trying to talk us into financing. I was fine with giving up for the day because we didn't HAVE to buy a car right away and we could keep looking. Curt felt bad though since he thought it was his fault we lost the first car because he wanted to wait until Friday to go look for it. We were about to give up when we saw this sign that said "We have cars starting at $2995" and pulled over just to look. We found an AWESOME sales guy and it turned out I used to work with the manager of the lot when I worked at Dan Vaden Chevrolet a few years ago. We ended up getting an AWESOME deal on a Chrysler LHS.

The car had just been traded in the day before and hadn't been cleaned yet or put out on the lot. We ran a carfax report and it came back clean but also showing that the oil and brakes had been serviced like it was supposed to be. The owners manual had all the important parts highlighted and the previous owner had kept track of every time it had been serviced (the last time being 2,000 miles ago when the oil and brake pads had been changed.) The inside of the car is in AMAZING condition. It has all leather interior, power everything, CD player, air bags, front and rear ac, a HUGE trunk (Curt says we could all three sleep in it if we ever had to live out of our car), a sunroof, cruise control and a lot of other things that I am just figuring out. The car is already paid for and before we drove it off of the lot they serviced it, washed it, and spayed that new car smell inside.
