Honey

This weekend has been crazy busy. Saturday Curt got called into work, I went to a baby shower (thanks Mom & Dad for watching Lucas) then I went to a Pool Party and finally out to celebrate my friends birthday. I had so much fun but I think it is going to take all week to recover from the weekend!

Curt got up with Lucas this morning and when Curt walked into Lucas' room he was greeted with a, "Hi, Honey!" When Curt told me about what Lucas had said I pointed to Curt and asked Lucas "What is Daddy's name?" and he responded with a VERY southern "Honey!" I know he gets this from me since I call Curt "Honey" all the time.

This afternoon Lucas came down with a fever and all he wanted to do was be next to us. We took turns letting Lucas nap on us. When he would nap with me he was very specific on the way I had to hold him. He kept pulling one on my hands on his head so I would rub his hair and then the other one had to be wrapped tightly around his belly. This fever just came out of nowhere and I don't know if he is coming down with something or getting over it.
