I am happy to see any amount of loss this week. I was really slack this past week and used not being able to log on to MyFitnessPal (thanks Comcast) as an excuse to not pay attention to what I was eating (Papa John's, Burger King.) I also wasn't as consistent with exercising. Although, I did get a new DVD from netflix to use during my workouts and when I tried it last night for the first time it totally kicked my butt.
