Some mornings he says he doesn't want to go to school but he is always fine once he gets in his class. Mostly though he seems to have really adjusted and seems to love it, can't you tell?!?

His Family Tree
On Friday, Lucas turned in his very first school project. He was supposed to make a family tree with our help. I helped him lay out the tree and we glued it down together. He painted it and put the pictures on where I showed him they should go and I labeled them. Since he has been blessed with such a large family, we decided to keep it simple and just show his parents, Grandparents, and Great Grandparents. Oh, and Jadie and Tinkerbell too.

I know it's awful to say, but this picture cracks me up every time I see it. His little heart looks absolutely broken.
