I have improved my diet by about 80%. I have eaten more fresh fruits and veggies this last week and a half then I think I have in my whole entire 23 years of life! You know just buying fresh meats and veggies makes going to the grocery store a whole lot faster! I have broke down and bought two things that I prob shouldn't be eating... Double stuff Peanut butter Oreos, and chocolate Lucky charms! Which I think is pretty darn good since I traded in my white bread for whole grain wheat bread that taste like crap.
The fresh veggies I've been eating are potatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, strawberries, grapes, bananas, carrot sticks, apples and green beans. Now when I go to snack on something instead of reaching for chips or something like that I grab handfuls of fruits and veggies. I've noticed that everything "runs a lot smoother" and I don't think I have to worry about the whole hemorrhoid thing if you know what I mean. I am pretty darn proud of myself.
One thing I have to work on is eating protein at every meal (mostly at breakfast) I'm just not a big egg person and most "breakfast meats" aren't the healthiest thing for you.
