Sleepy Sunday

Last night our nephew Steven spent the night with us. Lucas adores Steven and was so happy to see that Steven was still here when he woke up this morning. Since Steven stayed up a little late last night he was just laying around on the couch so Lucas climbed up on him and started tickling him and trying to get him to play.

When Sam came to pick up Steven we talked her into staying for breakfast (which Curt cooked for everyone.) Lucas wanted to follow Steven every where he went and was sad when he left. Lucas and I ended up heading over to my friend Shannon's house to catch up with her sister Emily who I haven't seen since before I graduated high school. I also got to meet Emily's daughters and her husband.

Lucas was a little tired and wasn't in the greatest mood for playing until I pulled out bubbles and then all the kids had fun trying to catch and pop them.
