Netflix STILL sucks

Netflix never called me back after yesterday (SURPRISE SURPRISE) so I called again this morning. I was AGAIN told that I had only been charged once and that they would research the issue but it would take 3-5 business days. I asked the lady I was talking too (also named Kari by the way) what would happen when Netflix realized that they DID in fact have my money and was told them I would be issued a refund. Then I asked what would happen if my bank account was overdrawn because of something they did (it wasn't going to be but shhh they didn't need to know that) she told me all they could do was give me 10% off my monthly fee for a month. That impressed me SO much let me tell you.

I got off the phone with netflix and called by bank back to double check to make sure the second payment really came out of my account and of course it did. They told me if I didn't have access to a fax machine I could go to any Wachovia branch and they would fax the dispute form for me. So on the way to my friends house I stopped by Wachovia and was treated so wonderful. I love the new bank by my house.

Well, I just checked my email and I have a lovely email from Netflix. Guess what it said... yeah that they may have double charged some of their customers by accident... Really?!?! You don't say! Funny how they are just realizing what I've known for 2 days and was told I was wrong by not 1 and not 2 but 3 of their customer sales reps that I was wrong. I am more pissed about the crappy treatment I got then the actual double charge. If they had just admitted they had made a problem or that they even MAY have made a problem then I would be okay. There is no possible way I will ever give another dollar to netflix EVER!
