Loss to Date: 6.4
This week was another small loss of .6 pounds. I'm happy that I lost something but I was hoping for a tiny bit more. Maybe it had something to do with all the fast food we ate this weekend while we were on the road. Then there was the pizza that we ordered for dinner when we got home to a house without food and vandalized cars because I couldn't get motivated to go to the store. On top of all that Curt made plans for us to go to his Grandma's for dinner and she made ham, fried potatoes, and two different kinds of pasta... oh and chocolate cake. I didn't want to offend her but I didn't go crazy either and I didn't eat any fried potatoes.
This weekend is going to be the third in a row that is going to be tricky since it is Lucas' birthday on Sunday. Since I am in control of the food though I think I'm going to just do lots of fresh fruits and veggies and no chips. We'll have other food too but I'm going to try and steer clear of the junk food. Also once my car is fixed I'll get to go back to meeting my friends Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays to walk in the mornings.
