1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup lemon juice (about 2-3 lemons)
1 cup whipping cream
1 (6 oz) graham cracker pie crust
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips melted (optional)
1. Pour melted chocolate over pie crust and put in freezer to let harden.
2. While crust is in the freezer, whip whipping cream
3. Fold condensed milk and lemon juice into whipped cream
4. Pour filling into crust
5. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours
