Week 2 Weight:
Loss to Date: 5.8
Today was weigh in day. I was so scared that I might have gained some of the weight back that I lost so far because of the 4 day vacation at the beach because I ate things there I wouldn't have eaten at home (fried chicken, fried shrimp, pizza, and more pizza.) I did make sure I got in my workouts so I think that is what helped me at least lose .4 lbs this week.
