GAIN This week: 3 lbs
New Year's Day was my birthday and I started celebrating New Year's Eve and kept it up all weekend long..... I knew I would probably gain a little this week so I put it out of my mind and didn't think about a thing that I put in my mouth.... and it shows. Now that my birthday is over I am back on track (even though I feel like I've been saying the same thing the last few weeks, it's time to put my words into action now.)
