Today at church, Lucas learned about Daniel being thrown in the lions den. On the way home I asked him to tell me about this Daniel guy and he got really excited. He explained, "Daniel was brave. Some people didn't like him and they were mean. They put him with lions. He snuggled with them. These lions were like teddy bears!" Then he started reciting his bible verse from Joshua 1:9. It's the first verse that I've heard him recite so I had to get it on video.
