About the bangs...experience tells me this: when you just want to pull your hair into a ponytail, you'll have to blow-dry or curl the bangs or they'll just kind of lie flat or kind frizz out. If you cut your hair into any of the styles you picked, it's probably going to require a blow-dryer and straightener to get it to actually look like that when you leave the house.

What I've found works best for me is to keep it long enough for a ponytail & skip the bangs. That way if you feel like fixing it, you can. If not, do a ponytail.

I ended up having mine cut to my collar in the back (I don't like the back of my neck to show). She layered the back, but left the front un-layered. Who's going to do the cutting?

Good luck with your decision...and feel free to disregard my advice!

Since your hair is natural curly/wavy, How about something like this? http://tinyurl.com/cksazm

I'd make sure the bangs stayed chin length or longer - that way you can make them 'look' like bangs, or you can put them back in your ponytail like Jill suggested. I'd also add some caramel highlights to the mix to sass it up. Not that you asked about color. :)
