We still haven't heard any word back on if our offer was accepted or if they will counter-offer. It's all a waiting game. Right now it doesn't seem real that one day we could be will be home owners. Instead it just seems like we are talking about something that may happen in the DISTANT future, instead of something that could happen within the next month. Even if this house isn't in the cards for us, we'll keep looking.

This whole house hunting process has brought Curt and I even closer together. It's been so much fun to go look at different houses together and talk about what we both want and to browse and make a wish list for furnishings. It's nice to have something new and exciting to talk about around the dinner table. Even Lucas is getting in on the fun. He has asked if he could have a bunk bed in his room, for when he finally gets his big brother.
